Vapex Tech new LiFePO4 receiver batteries! The nominal voltage is 6.6V and they must be charged in LiFe mode - they must not be charged in LiPo or LiOn charge mode! SkyRC /iMax C403, B6, B6 Duo, B6 Quattro, B6 Ultimate, B6AC+, B8 & B8+ etc all have LiFe charge modes.

Do note that the practical capacity in these packs in real life is much more then what just the label says if compared to a normal 6V NiMH pack. A good guess is about 50% more practical run time then what just the mAh on the label says vs. the equivalent 5-cell NiMH pack.

Also its likely that the total expected life on the servos will be slightly shorter if you use these higher voltage battery packs - irrespective of the servo brand.
